Concepts in Krisumi Waterfall Residences

Krisumi Waterfall Residences is made of a lot of Japanese concepts of art and architecture in which the minimal design aesthetics cover the different areas of the residency beautifully. Hence, providing you with a luxury and sophisticated life.

• Taki – Taki means waterfall. This waterfall concept is the theme of this project, it represents the formless things of the world while being the representation of not just simplicity but also purity.
• Kekkai – Kekkai means transition and this concept combines the different elements of water and bridges, separating the inside from the outside, and providing a serene atmosphere.
• Hikari & Kage – The word Hikari means light and Kaki means shadow. This concept has been implemented in almost all parts of this residency to strike a perfect balance between lights and shadows.
• Engawa – Engawa refers to the word connection, which is the connecting element between architecture and landscape. This concept has been added to beautifully blend interior architecture and amazing serene landscapes.
• Tsuboniwa – Tsuboniwa means a small garden. This word literally signifies and justifies the saying “less is more”, going with the concept of minimalism.
• Kaiyuusei – Kaiyuusei refers to a stroll garden. This concept is used to highlight the landscaping elements while avoiding artificial ornamentation.
• Anzen – Anzen means security. These waterfall residences have the highest level of security with access control systems and high-speed shuttle elevators.
• Taihi – Taihi refers to contrast, which is widely used in Japanese architecture. In this concept, a lot of contrasting colors and elements are used to grab the attention of people.
