Krisumi Corp. sells more than 300+ suites within 3 days

If you have the slightest of ideas about real estate, you’ll certainly agree with me on one point, it is pretty difficult for a real estate firm to sell off all its apartments in one go. However, the realty firm Krisumi Corporation proved that completely wrong by selling around 322 luxury apartments within three days of its launch. Though there are several real estate giants already existing in the marketplace, there have to be a few reasons why Krisumi Waterfall Suites Sector 36 A is gaining popularity among potential home buyers.

Talking about the Realty firm Krisumi Corporation, please note that it is a joint venture between an Indian real estate firm and a Japanese real estate firm. The Krishna Group from India and the Sumitomo Corporation from Japan went into a merger to give home buyers a living experience like never before.

Though the project is still under construction, there are several reasons why buyers decided to invest in this real-estate firm. The housing project is spread across 30.38 acres of land and enjoys a strategic location i.e. Dwarka Expressway. The Krisumi Waterfall Suites project has been launched in two phases as of yet.

During the first phase, the 5-acre area of the total land was launched for sale and the first phase apartments fall under the “Krisumi City” category. On the other hand, the second phase of the project was given the name “Krisumi Waterfall Suites” of which 322 luxury suites were sold already.

A glance at the Krisumi Waterfall Suites project model

If you also wish to experience living in a unique apartment model, then you must know what kind of luxury apartments they offer. Well, the Krisumi Waterfall Suites Sector 36 A is built with a unique floor plan. Each suite follows a 1 LDK/1 LDK + 2T structure. This means every apartment has a living room, drawing space, one bedroom, and a kitchen.

Now, if we talk about the inspiration of the project, the inspiration was drawn from the Shiraito Waterfall which is located near Mount Fuji in Japan. The reason why they have picked the waterfall theme is because it represents Simplicity, purity, and calmness. Meanwhile, if we talk about the landscape theme of the project, we can say that it is based on the Shiraito no Taki theme.

Talking about its pricing, these units are pretty affordable in context with the amenities and services that they offer. The per sq. ft. pricing is around Rs. 16,000 per sq. ft. meaning that each suite unit will cost you around Rs 1.47 crore to Rs 1.92 crore.

Let’s hear it from the Chairperson

The chairperson of the Krishna Group, Mr. Ashok Kapur says that each suite in Krisumi Waterfall Residences has been crafted with careful attention to detail. The planning of the project has been done meticulously and they have tried their best to execute every aspect that they had planned.

On the other hand, the Managing Director of Krisumi Corporation, Mr. Mohit Jain is delighted with the response and interest that potential buyers have shown in this project. The main factors that attracted buyers to this property are certainly the theme and design. Most importantly, the strategic location of the project i.e. Krisumi waterfall suites sector 36 A is also one of the main reasons behind its popularity.

Though the second phase of the project is still under construction, it certainly is a matter of pride that 322 units were sold within three days of the “New Launch” phase of the project. And, you’ll be glad to know that the launch of the third project is certainly near.
